What You'll Do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy

• Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)

• Keep accurate records and help improve customer experience

• Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team

What We're Looking For

• Dutch (C2) and at least B2-level English

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn

• No prior experience required we will train you

• Must live in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
