Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Flemish Speaking Customer Care & Sales Specialist willing to relocate to Bulgaria at no cost! In this dynamic role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service while effectively driving sales in the Flemish-speaking market.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, and promoting our product offerings. Your ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically will be the key to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish via phone, email, and chat
• Present and promote our products and services to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve collective goals
• Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Engage in continuous training to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in persuasive selling and customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales-driven platforms
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this fantastic opportunity
