Falcon Carwash is a fast‑growing, investor‑backed carwash platform with 12 operational sites in the Netherlands and an ambitious rollout across the Benelux. We are launching in Belgium and Luxembourg and seeking a Managing Director to build the business from the ground up. You will drive market entry and growth across Belgium and Luxembourg : sourcing and executing acquisitions, developing new sites, and building trusted relationships with owners, brokers, municipalities, lenders, and suppliers. You will work closely with the CEO and our Antwerp‑based investment partner Around Partners to establish a growth‑minded, lean, scalable, automation‑first organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Falcon’s expansion in Belgium and Luxembourg through both M&A and greenfield site development.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute acquisitions from first contact through integration.
  • Build and lead a small, efficient operational organization in Belgium, hiring key team members and setting up scalable processes and KPIs.
  • Champion standardization and automation across sourcing, due diligence, integration, and site operations.
  • Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the investor team.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

  • 20+ acquisitions (sites) sourced and advanced, with first sites integrated to Falcon standards.
  • 5+ greenfield sites permitted and under development.

    • Experience and Background

  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and a deal‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (required).
  • Analytical, commercially sharp, and able to operate independently.
  • Passion for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment.
  • Willing to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg; driver’s license required.

    • Compensation and Growth

    Structured as a management role with a fee‑based setup rather than a fixed salary, offering a competitive compensation package with performance‑based incentives and potential equity participation. This is a foundational leadership role with the opportunity to grow into CEO Belgium & Luxembourg as the platform scales toward 100+ automated carwash sites across the region.
