ISS STOXX is seeking a Corporate Governance Research Analyst with a focus on the Polish market . In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality governance research and analysis on publicly listed companies in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse corporate governance and financial data to produce detailed research reports on publicly listed Polish companies.
• Issue proxy voting recommendations in line with ISS Governance's guidelines.
• Engage with companies and institutional investors regarding shareholder meetings.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to research reports.
• Contribute articles and insights to ISS Governance publications.
• Support the development and refinement of governance policies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and professional development initiatives.
• Build deep expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues within the Polish market.
