Head of Human Resources – Manufacturing Site (Belgium)

Our partner, a leading international industrial player, is looking for a Head of HR to drive the HR strategy at its production site Hainaut Province. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function at our large manufacturing site in Hainaut Province In this role, you will drive HR strategies and initiatives for a workforce of over 1,000 employees (blue- and white-collar), while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Define and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and strengthen organizational performance. Promote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous development. Partner with leadership teams on key topics such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations. Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations in line with Belgian and international labor legislation. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives....
