Summary :
SBS is a market leader in the Benelux region, trusted by more than 30 banks and financial institutions. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a senior enterprise-level Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across the Benelux market.
This role is ideal for a proven FinTech / SaaS hunter—someone who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals within banking and financial services. You will play a critical role in accelerating SBS’s growth by positioning our digital banking, core banking, and payments solutions with new clients.

Responsibilities :
Enterprise New-Logo Sales Leadership
Own and execute the new business acquisition strategy for SBS in the Benelux region, in close collaboration with the Sales Director.Target banks and financial institutions, engaging both business and IT decision-makers (C-suite, Digital, Operations, Architecture, and Transformation leaders).Proactively identify and penetrate new accounts, mapping DMUs and building long-term executive relationships.Strategic Sales Execution
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting through contract signature.Position SBS’s digital banking, core banking, and payments platforms as strategic enablers of modernization, agility, and differentiation.Translate client challenges into value-based proposals, aligned with composable, cloud-native, API-driven architectures.Market & Ecosystem Engagement
Build and leverage a strong Benelux banking and FinTech network.Represent SBS at industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives.Collaborate with partners and ecosystem players to expand reach and accelerate opportunities.Internal Collaboration
Act as the sales lead across internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing) to ensure solution alignment and deal success.Contribute to marketing and acquisition campaigns with market insights, messaging, and client feedback.Consistently deliver against individual sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.Qualifications :
Experience & Expertise
Senior enterprise sales professional with 7–10+ years of experience selling complex software solutions.Strong background in FinTech / Banking / Financial Services SaaS.Proven new-logo “hunter” with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals.Strong preference for candidates with Sopra Banking Software (SBS) or adjacent core banking / payments experience.Experience selling :Digital banking platformsCore banking solutionsPayments or financial infrastructureEnterprise SaaS solutionsSales & Commercial Skills
