Function
As a Private Label Commercial Brand Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company's Private Label strategy across all its distribution channels : in own / independent pharmacies, in an eCommerce environment, marketplaces and Social Media presence in order to increase brand awareness and distribution to the general public. You will also be responsible for promoting the company's brands to pharmacists and sales representatives. You need to create and implement the commercial and marketing action plan using information relays such as social media, promotional actions at points of sale or on eComm platforms. You need to understand consumer needs and expectations, and use this knowledge to create effective advertising campaigns. You will need to be a teamplayer to succeed : you need to work closely with product development, marketing and sales teams to ensure that the brand is perceived positively by consumers.
You will be involved in various missions to develop the Brand Strategy. You are accountable for
- Commercial Strategy : Develop, implement and review a 360° multichannel commercial strategy of the various Private Label Brands.
- Brand Strategy : Design, implement and review the Brands marketing strategy. Identify distribution channels likely to market the brand, develop partnerships (media, advertisers, B2B-customers, etc.) to increase sales or brand awareness. Ensure that the Communication strategy is properly implemented and coordinate the various media campaigns..
- Budget & Result management : Manage budgets for Promotional & advertising campaigns, events and partnerships. Monitor sales, market trends & performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of Brand Strategy all whilst optimizing costs according to situation.
- Brand Awareness : You are the owner to ensure an increased positive brand awareness and perception to the targeted B2B-customers and General public.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers & partners to ensure everyone understands the brands’ objectives & activities.
- Participate in e-influence and e-reputation strategy in collaboration with the Digital team.
