Aprico Consultants - Business Analyst AI

Within a dynamic team of business analysts, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams to successfully drive artificial intelligence initiatives from inspiration to completion.



You will review requests for proposals and analyze markets in order to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

You will organize meetings to gain a clear understanding of clients' needs, activities, and long-term objectives.

You will present solutions and proposals in a concise and convincing way, ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction.

You will analyze and interpret clients' goals, developing insightful, structured, and easily digestible analyses for our artificial intelligence teams.

You will establish and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on AI and business improvement.

You will enhance internal Sales efforts to contribute to sustainable growth and operational excellence by monitoring trends in AI business applications, market analysis, and the competitive landscape.






Profile / requirements



You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another related field.

You are able to break down complex problems and develop structured, actionable solutions.

You have demonstrated your ability to build strong client relationships and add value to projects.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you can present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You can be described as an analytical thinker — curious and eager to understand how things work beneath the surface.

You can collaborate with different types of people, while also feeling confident in defending your own perspective and values.

You are pragmatic, organized, and flexible at work. You can handle your own tasks, but you also know when and how to ask for help or additional information when needed.

You are detail-oriented and always strive for excellence.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.






Additional assets



Experience in business and/or consulting, with a focus on IT and digital/AI transformation

Familiarity with change management strategies

Hands-on experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and market research

Previous experience with AI-based projects and the implementation of AI technologies in business contexts

Familiarity with AI tools such as Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, and automation

Passive or active knowledge of French is considered an asset
