As a key member of the team, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative and organizational activities. Your responsibilities will include :
- Agenda Management : Organize and optimize complex calendars.
- Travel Arrangements : Plan international trips, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Meetings Management : Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings and events.
- Project Management : Support ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of milestones.
- Documentation : Draft correspondence, create reports, and manage key documents.
- Team Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Languages : Fluency in English and French is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Experience : At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in international organizations or associations.
