As a key member of the team, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative and organizational activities. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Agenda Management : Organize and optimize complex calendars.
  • Travel Arrangements : Plan international trips, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Meetings Management : Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings and events.
  • Project Management : Support ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of milestones.
  • Documentation : Draft correspondence, create reports, and manage key documents.
  • Team Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Languages : Fluency in English and French is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Experience : At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in international organizations or associations.
  • Skills :

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
