Job Description :  As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our German and Polish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Support :  Serve as the main point of contact for German and Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with service-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Service Coordination :  Coordinate service appointments and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Issue Resolution :  Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation :  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions using our internal systems.
• Language Proficiency :  Utilize your fluency in German, Polish, and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Shift Work :  Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings, to provide round-the-clock support to our customers.
• Team Collaboration :  Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement :  Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service department.
