Position : Project Manager
Responsabilities :
- Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)
- Ensure resources availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Monitor project deliverables
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to reduce project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members
Skills and Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Management or Business2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project ManagementStrong leadership skillsStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audienceEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentProactivityAutonomyLanguages :Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,Dutch is an assetWhat we offer :
