Business Controller

For one of our clients, a reputable Collection Company , we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Controller .

As the Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and providing strategic insights to enhance the company's performance and achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting , monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and present regular reports to management. Provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize collection strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate budgets and forecasts . Track budgetary adherence and variances, and assist in implementing cost-control measures.
• Contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics and dashboards to track and measure the collection company's progress against financial and operational goals.
• Support internal and external audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business , or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in the finance industry, preferably within a collection company or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead financial initiatives.
• Fluent in French, the knowledge of Dutch and English would be a strong asset.
