Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and coordinate the preparation of all tax filings .
• Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee banking relationships and transactions.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
