About the Role
As a Senior Project Lead, you’ll coordinate and oversee the implementation of new regulatory frameworks within the Finance function.
You’ll manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full compliance, readiness, and successful delivery.
Your mission will include :
Ensuring compliance with requirements linked to outsourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
Overseeing activities related to capital and liquidity requirements for finance and treasury.
Defining capital call, orderly wind-down, and financial recovery plans under various scenarios.
What You’ll Do
Lead and track multiple project streams to meet key milestones.
Organize and drive meetings — from agenda prep to follow-up actions.
Oversee project documentation and slide decks with subject matter experts.
Ensure deliverables are reviewed, validated, and ready for submission.
Report progress to internal stakeholders and senior management.
Interpret and translate regulatory expectations into actionable Finance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in project management or strategic program leadership.
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Analytical and pragmatic — with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.
Professional fluency in English is required.
