YOUR ACTIVITIES : Strategy :

You analyze, suggest and implement a business strategy based on the economic market situation of your region.

You are responsible for the financial growth of your agency by :

1. Effectively deploying the agreed upon strategy

2. Monitoring financial profitability of your agency

3. Defining objectives, KPI’s and action plans for you and your commercial team

Business :

• Identify key clients, prospect them, understand their business needs and present them with our services and solutions in a qualitative way.
• Build long-term business relationships by earning trust amongst our customers (and consultants) and identify further business opportunities through regular follow-up.
• Keep an open eye for market evolutions and adapt action plans accordingly.
