What if you could lead the charge in developing reliability engineering capabilities that enhance the performance of our industrial processes and equipment?

In order to accelerate growth and reinforce the Technical Operations, we are looking for a Process & Reliability Engineer . This role is based in Hoboken.

The Head of Process & Reliability Engineering Operations and Continuous Improvement plays a key role in the development of our technical positioning and development. You are a skilled professional with a strong and broad knowledge of industrial processes and technical-commercial capabilities. This role leads the development of reliability engineering and custom solutions adapted to customer processes.

More specific, you are in charge of the following activities :

• develop reliability engineering capability within the division with a special focus on rotating equipment and fluid processing solutions
• lead the development of a reliability engineering business
• manage complex fluid processing skids projects
• identify high added value application and trigger opportunities
• act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels
• develop, train and mentor employees to foster a strong culture of cross-functional solutions development

In this function you report to the Industrial Projects Department Manager.
