Functieomschrijving As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- You maximize the sales potential of the assigned customer portfolio in line with customer categorization and commercial strategy.
- You establish selected customer partnerships with B2B dealers, and you leverage their strategic wholesale partner to expand distribution and drive sales.
- You educate and train customers and end-users on our premium products, including supporting trade shows.
- You gather insights on market trends, distribution opportunities, competition, and product development opportunities, and share them within the organization.
- You will leverage internal synergies to strengthen other brands, such as Snickers Workwear, and expand distribution.
- You will report directly to the Director Hardware Europe & Export.
