Description de poste

As the successful International Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging - BNL & DACH, you will have the following responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland .
  • Identify and engage new B2B prospects , including industrial manufacturers, logistics providers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management :

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored packaging solutions that optimize protection, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular client visits , follow up on inquiries, and offer technical support to facilitate decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • 3. Sales Operations & Negotiation :

  • Handle the entire sales cycle , from prospecting and quotation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver price studies, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • 4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination :

  • Coordinate with the design and engineering team to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the R&D team on market trends and customer demands for future product development.
  • As the successful International Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging - BNL & DACH, you will have the following requirements :

  • A Master Degree in Business Management or Technical field - or equivalent by experience
  • At least 5y. of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical solutions .
  • Fluent in German, English, and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous , with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region for client visits and trade events.
  • As the successful International Business Development Manager - Industrial Packaging - BNL & DACH, you will :
