We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial activities across the EMEA region.

What You Will Do

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market share in the transportation and logistics sector within the EMEA region. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing profitability. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record of driving commercial success in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the transportation and logistics sector across EMEA.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and efficiency in delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth and innovation.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate commercial performance metrics, KPIs, and financial targets, taking proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
