About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Microsoft Security to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS.
As Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the business activities onsite at the reseller, working with the different teams and management of the reseller with the support of our teams.
- Join sales, marketing and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite.
- Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with senior management.
- Communicate with vendors' sales management.
- Cooperate with the Inside Sales team offering support for quotes, access to portals, playbooks, etc.
- Manage sales activities, sharing knowledge and visiting customers.
- Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and the vendors' programs.
- Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them to improve their pitch and results by using vendor sales books and other vendor tools.
- Setup an education and training program, custom-made and in line with the commitment and goals.
