GEA is looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Engineer to manage and grow our Liquid Process Technologies business in the French-speaking region of Belgium. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both nurturing existing customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities and tasks :
As Sales Engineer you will spend 50% of your time focused on account management, selling our service products, components, and projects to our current customers. The other 50% will be dedicated to identifying and developing new opportunities in sectors such as Beverage, Dairy, Food, and Home & Personal Care.
Your Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers in the French-speaking part of Belgium, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to sell additional services, components, and projects.
- New Business Development : Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities in the region, targeting customers in the Beverage, Dairy, Food, and Home & Personal Care industries.
- Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues in engineering and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Field Presence : Regularly visit customers and attend industry events to build strong relationships and stay updated on market trends.
