Description de poste

The client is a spin off of a very large retailer based in Brussels. They have started their adventure one year ago. Their strenght? They are totally independent and has the advantage to be supported by a large group while maintaining the agility of a startup.

Your missions :

  • You will have a transversal role and will work with Product team for the definition and the creation of new functionalities and with the Technical team on industrializing functionalities and data use cases
  • You will define the structure of the data used and consumed, take the necessary decisions on the use of data according to the business needs and technical constraints
  • You will explore the data to identify the value that can be derived from it
  • You will ensure the data governance, including contributing to the control of the company's data assets, defining roles and responsibilities and participate in the documentation and the use of the data catalog tool
  • You will analyse data quality for inconsistencies or anomalies, and communicate with the internal teams regarding the potential changes in terms of data requirements

Your profile :

  • You have an engineering degree (bac +5 level) OR you have an equivalent professional experience
  • You have a very experience in the different challenges of data governance
  • You have already an experience in defining or identifying data use cases
  • You have an experience in project management
  • You have the willingness to continuously learn and transmit
