Missions essentielles

As Corporate Legal Counsel, based at the Boortmalt HQ in Antwerp, you will be responsible for all legal matters within the global organization, reporting to the Group Legal & Indirect Procurement Manager. You will actively be involved in the company’s Corporate household, Finance, Commercial and Operations legal practices.

In this role, your core responsibilities will be to :

Provide legal support and business-oriented legal advice in the broadest sense and in particular on commercial contracts.

Assist with the review and management of all types of legal and compliance issues within the group, including data privacy, anti-corruption and competition law.

Pro-actively manage disputes and claims with third parties.

Support and advise various internal stakeholders within the business units including finance, operations and sales to implement a broad variety of international corporate projects.

Master recherché

Qualified with a Master's Belgium Law Degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or inhouse legal department in corporate and commercial law.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch or French is a plus.

You are well-organized, punctual, have a can-do attitude and can solve practical problems.

You communicate effectively and have excellent networking skills.
