As a successful Veterinary Services & Sales Manager Ruminants BENELUX , you have the following responsibilities :

Veterinary Technical Manager :

  • Serve as the technical expert for animal health products (medicines & vaccines) for ruminants.
  • Provide scientific and technical support to veterinarians, farmers, and distributors across the Benelux region.
  • Conduct training sessions, seminars, round tables and product demonstrations for veterinarians, farmers and distributors across the Benelux region.
  • Develop your network of Key Opinion Leader (KOLs) within the livestock market in the Benelux regions.

Sales Management :

  • Lead & Coach the Sales BENELUX team to ensure sales target and business growth.
  • Provide technical & scientific training to the sales team.

    • Internal Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the Sales and Veterinary Services Manager teams in the DACH regions to enhance customer engagement for Ruminants products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in the BENEDACH by providing technical & scientific advice on the creation of marketing support.

    • Market analysis & awareness :

  • Organize and participate to events and congresses to develop your network within the animal health industry and the expand the medicines and vaccines visibility within the Ruminants sector.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging health challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

    • As a successful Veterinary Services & Sales Manager Ruminants BENELUX , you have the following profile :

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, Master Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
  • Experience in Ruminants, livestock health, veterinary practice, or technical advisory roles.
  • Previous experiences in people management or coaching.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are results-oriented with strong persuasive skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness the travel in the Benelux region.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific information into practical guidance.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch & English.
