Location : Belgium (remote or hybrid)
Languages : Fluent Dutch and English
Focus : Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales into finance teams across Belgium and the Benelux region
Coders Connect is partnering with a high-growth European SaaS provider that supports CFOs and finance teams with automation across consolidation, planning, ESG reporting, compliance, and more. Following commercial success across DACH, the company is expanding in the Belgian and Benelux markets. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales mindset, confident working directly with senior finance stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through to closing
- Advise mid-market and enterprise finance teams on tailored solutions to modernise their workflows
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Professional Services to build and present customised proposals
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handovers and successful onboarding
- Drive awareness in the region by representing the business at events, trade fairs, and demos
- Contribute to sales growth and visibility across Belgium and neighbouring markets
What we’re looking for
Proven experience selling B2B SaaS, software, or IT solutionsStrong knowledge of financial processes such as reporting, accounting, controlling, or consolidationExperience selling to C-level stakeholders, especially within financeFluent Dutch and very strong EnglishConfident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skillsComfortable working independently in a remote and international environmentFamiliarity with the Belgian and Benelux market, and experience using Salesforce, are nice to haveAdditional details
