Conduct detailed research on international employment laws and regulations across different countries.

Analyze legal developments in various jurisdictions and their potential impact on the company.

Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Prepare templates for employment-related documents to ensure compliance with local laws.

Help develop and update training materials on international employment law topics.

Assist in the creation and revision of company policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

Bachelor rechtspraktijk;

You have a Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);

You are fluent, both written & verbal, in Dutch and English;

Good communicative skills
