The Financial Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager at the Shared Service Center for Accounting and Financial control in The Netherlands. Your primary working location will be Tilburg (50% remotely) with some international travelling (

How you will contribute

• Perform daily accounting tasks;
• Managing and maintaining financial records including general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy;
• Participate in the financial month-end close process;
• Prepare account reconciliations and explanations and correction on any variances;
• Perform analytical review to ensure correctness of the numbers;
• Support in creating insight into OPEX and FTE cost for SG&A supporting functions;
• Support in continuous improvements (process / cooperation / system) to develop to world-class finance, keeping up with the growth of DP world
• Ensure that the organization complies with all financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards and reporting requirements;
• Contribute to the statutory reporting process for the Joint Venture and the subsidiary in Belgium.
