In this crucial role, you act as an important link between the first-line customer service, their different stores, and their B2B clients.
Your objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and to continuously improve the quality of their services.
Tasks :
Resolve first-line complaint escalations and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
Provide support to their stores and first-line call center.
Provide administrative support to their B2B team (managing customer emails, responding to inquiries, handling contracts, and managing customers in SAP).
Analyze incidents to identify and implement improvement opportunities for both customer service and B2B support.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that :
Has a strong administrative skills and are able to work in a detailed and precise manner.
Has an affinity for customer service and the ability to find customer-focused solutions in challenging situations.
Has excellent IT skills and experience using Oracle, Outlook, Mirakl, and SAP.
Is bilingual and can communicate fluently in both Dutch and French.
