Business Manager (F / M) Brussels

Description de posteRecruit, manage, and develop a team of consultants and engineers. Ensure consultants are effectively deployed on projects that match their skills and career aspirations. Provide coaching and mentoring to foster growth and professional development. Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies. Analyze market trends and provide insights to shape MCA Belgium’s services and offerings. Represent MCA Belgium at industry events, building the company's reputation as a trusted partner. Educational Background : A Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Experience : At least 3-5 years in business management, consulting, or a related role, preferably within engineering or technology sectors. Language Skills : Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory. Proficiency in both French and Dutch is a strong advantage. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with engineering or technical consulting services is highly desirable. Leadership : Strong ability to inspire, lead, and develop teams. Business Acumen : Deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. Negotiation : Skilled in closing high-value deals and managing contracts. Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
