This Team Lead QA batch release position is part of the Order Verification & Release department located in Leuven, Belgium and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Perform batch review and QA release of ISO 13485 / IVD products / other customer product as designated
• Act as first point of contact within the team and for other departments
• Help organize and prioritize daily work within the department
• Troubleshoot (order) issues and monitor incoming requests
• Help maintain up-to-date work instructions and improve daily workflows where possible / needed
• Follow up on training needs / statuses within the department
