As part of their expansion, our client is establishing a specialized chip technology pilot line in Málaga, Spain. This new facility will complement the advanced 300mm CMOS process line at their headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, with developments in 300mm processes and new material integrations. The Málaga site will support R&D, prototyping, and future manufacturing of breakthrough technologies in healthcare, life sciences, photonics, AR / VR, and precision sensing.
ROLE
Our client is seeking a proactive Mechanical Facilities Engineer to play a key role in constructing and operating Spain’s first 300mm cleanroom facility. The role starts with a two-year assignment at their headquarters in Leuven (Belgium), followed by relocation to Málaga (Spain), where you will manage mechanical installations for the new facility, including a cleanroom (FAB) and supporting buildings such as warehouses and offices.
