Our client, a leading electronics and semiconductor company, is seeking a talented Technology Planning Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the technology planning and innovation management group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving cutting-edge advancements.

Role Description

The Technology Planning Specialist will be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, conducting in-depth research, and producing high-impact analysis reports to guide the company’s decision-making. You will also define and drive corporate and business unit innovation programs, engage with external partners, and influence product development strategies across cross-functional teams.

Must Have Skills

• PhD with 5+ years of industry or academic experience in a relevant field
• Technical expertise in one or more of the following domains : VLSI, advanced semiconductor technologies, multi-physics modelling & simulation, imaging systems, computing architectures, AI / ML algorithms & hardware implementations, or low-power design
• Strong analytical mindset and self-driven learning capabilities
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• Project leadership experience and collaborative approach
