Your Mission

Your Role

As the responsible project manager for our five sites in Belgium, you'll ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of new projects and oversee the maintenance all the buildings on the different sites. Your responsibilities will include :

• You lead the timely and cost-effective delivery of new projects , aligning with real estate standards defined by Bemchimmo (sister company of Puratos).
• You supervise the construction and renovation of buildings , ensuring quality and compliance.
• You provide expert advice and oversee new construction or renovation projects for Bemchimmo assets.
• You champion the maintenance of assets , focusing on sustainability for long-term value.
• You oversee premises usage , managing safeguards like security, insurances and fire protection measures.
• You ensure that Puratos operates and maintains premises in an effective and sustainable way.
