CMDB Administrator

As a CMDB Administrator , your primary mission is to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), playing a pivotal role in ensuring our IT services run efficiently and without disruption. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with multiple IT Service Management domains, including Change Management, Asset Management, and User Access Management.

Responsabilities :

• Maintain and update the CMDB to reflect current asset and configuration data.

For each, you will ensure that the information is accurate, complete, and aligned with the real-world IT infrastructure.

For each, you will proactively identify inconsistencies and drive improvements to maintain a reliable source of truth.

For each, you will generate insightful reports and collaborate with colleagues to enhance data quality and usability.

For each, you will follow structured procedures to ensure CMDB updates are timely and accurate.

For each, you will monitor the asset lifecycle and ensure all records are up to date and complete.

For each, you will process access requests and updates according to predefined protocols.
