Our client is seeking an experienced SDLC Expert / Change Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. In this hybrid role, you will combine deep knowledge of software engineering best practices with strong change management capabilities to ensure adoption across teams, alignment with business objectives, and compliance with governance and security standards.

SDLC Design & Enablement :

Define, refine, and standardize SDLC processes, tailored to our technology and business environment (Agile, DevOps, CI / CD, Secure SDLC).
Work with architects, product owners, developers, QA, and security teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Ensure integration of quality, security, and compliance controls within the SDLC.
Promote automation and toolchain optimization across the lifecycle.

Change Management & Adoption :

Lead organizational change management related to SDLC rollout and improvements.

Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.

Develop and deliver enablement plans, training materials, workshops, and communications.

Act as a coach and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Governance & Continuous Improvement :

Establish and track KPIs and metrics (e.g. DORA, quality gates, adoption rate).

Conduct regular maturity assessments and retrospectives to drive improvements.

Ensure alignment with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and security policies.
