Description de posteCompleted technical or commercial training. Professional experience in field sales in the plastics industry. Fluent German or English is desirable, French and Dutch are essential. You live in Belgium, have a strong network there, and are willing to travel. Network with decision-makers in B2B capital goods. Large selection of innovative, top-quality products. In-house development and production, resulting in reliable and fast delivery. Short decision-making processes and friendly relationships within the company. Support from colleagues in the office and field. Company pension plan and various social benefits. Attractive salary package (plus company car upon request). 30 days of vacation.

- Supporting existing customers in various industries.
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers.
- Acquiring challenging projects : needs analysis, preparing offers, and concluding contracts.
- Building a stable customer base in Belgium and the Netherlands over the long term.
- Managing sales and budgets.
- Supporting and developing trading partners in the region.
- Representing the company at trade fairs and events.
