Working in the Regional Delivery Team

Both fiber and coax are essential building blocks of this network, and the Regional Delivery Team is involved in both areas. This team brings together all activities that require a regional approach or where regional knowledge, expertise, or local presence adds value. This includes relationship management with local governments, utility companies, and developers, creating feasible designs, and coordinating and supervising construction sites.

Your Role as a Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you act as the key point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties. You manage synergy requests, oversee projects, and continuously strive for improvements in your region.

Your Responsibilities :

• Stakeholder Relationship Management – You build strong partnerships with local governments, authorities, engineering firms, and utility companies. You ensure timely and clear communication about planned network works and represent Wyre as an ambassador in your region.
• Managing Synergy Requests – You assess opportunities for strategic network expansions, quality improvements, and safety aspects. You carefully weigh all parameters and costs to make well-informed decisions.
• Project Management and Execution – You are responsible for the end-to-end follow-up of projects carried out in collaboration with other utility companies. This includes preparing external meetings, representing Wyre in discussions, and overseeing project execution. Upon project completion, you conduct financial post-calculations, reporting, and analyses, and propose improvements.
• Process Improvement and Regional Organization – You initiate and implement structural improvements in regional processes. Additionally, you organize and lead regional operational meetings with internal stakeholders, closely monitoring budget, timing, and quality. You ensure smooth information flow within regional teams, strengthening collaboration.
