Senior Manager Global Application

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager Global Application (m / f / x) to define, organize, operate, and maintain our global portfolio of business applications and solutions across multiple locations.

The company is known as a prestigious industrial leader with deep roots in the Liège region

In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Global ICT Director and play a strategic part in ensuring consistent excellence and preparing our organization to meet current and future challenges.

Key Responsibilities You'll Own :

• Strategic Oversight : Define and manage the Global Application Portfolio , including governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Leadership : Work closely with business partners to align, plan, and implement application changes and enhancements for smooth operational transitions and maximum value creation.
• Business Process Innovation : Lead the delivery of application experiences focused on business process automation across ERP, CRM, LMS, HRS, MES, Logistics, and more.
• Performance Optimization : Establish application service catalogs, measure performance, and conduct regular reviews with business stakeholders to maximize impact.
• Adoption & Governance : Develop strategies to ensure adoption of processes and technology while establishing governance for support, change, and security.
• Vendor Management : Negotiate and manage agreements with consulting firms and support partners, ensuring KPI compliance and optimal results.
• Team Empowerment : Inspire continuous education, improve team system knowledge through training initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.
• Trend Evaluation : Stay ahead by assessing new industry products, services, and emerging technologies to define future-ready solutions.
• Budget Management : Oversee and maintain budget allocation for global applications, including major systems such as SAP.
