A prestigious government body is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to support and lead key digital transformation initiatives. Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in identifying, structuring, and delivering modernisation initiatives that align with broader business and digital objectives. You will work across departments to ensure collaboration, governance, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain comprehensive documentation within a Business Process Management (BPM) framework, using BPM tools like ARIS.
• Develop practical guidelines and provide structured support to internal stakeholders and departments.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments through workshops and coordinated follow-up.
• Identify and document transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities and digital strategy.
• Analyse proposals to ensure coherence with organisational goals and promote synergies.
• Ensure full alignment with governance processes and effective integration of business and IT.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and shared value across initiatives.
• Translate initiatives into clear, manageable projects with defined ownership, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
