Tasks :
Assist customers across phone, email, social media, and chat with questions about orders, products, returns, and promotions
Guide customers through their online journey and provide post-purchase support
Coordinate closely with logistics, stores, and marketing to solve issues efficiently
Handle complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Track common questions or issues to help us continuously improve our customer experience
Represent the brand with enthusiasm, consistency, and care
We are looking for a Customer Care / Service Specialist that :
Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken & written); English is a nice plus
Customer-obsessed, empathetic, and confident in written and spoken communication
2+ years of experience in customer care, retail, or e-commerce
Digitally savvy - comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and online tools
A team player who brings energy and calm
