• Design and execute the ESG roadmap from A to Z
• Manage ESG audits and investor reporting requirements
• Collaborate with departments (finance, operations, marketing, etc.)
• Develop and implement company-wide ESG policies
• Standardize processes and ensure structural reporting
• Provide project leadership and manage timelines
• Report directly to the CFO and help challenge ESG thinking internally
• 2-3 years of relevant ESG, sustainability, compliance or audit experience
• Strong communicator, hands-on mentality
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Professional discretion and independence are key
• Enjoys building from scratch within an entrepreneurial, pragmatic culture
• Language : English fluency required (Dutch is not mandatory)
• Gross monthly salary according to experience
