As a Management Assistant & Office Manager, you will ensure seamless team operations, foster collaboration, and enhance organizational efficiency in a dynamic, international environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting teams with administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Managing invoices, expense reports, and creating reports/presentations.
- Streamlining operational tools and improving procedures.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication.
- Overseeing office supplies, space organization, and fostering a vibrant work environment.
- A previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in global or multicultural business contexts.
- Fluent in English with a proficient level in either French or Dutch.
