Your Mission

As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of non-production goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in cost optimization, supplier management, and maintaining quality and environmental standards (EN, ISO ).

Your Responsibilities

Oversee the procurement process for assigned categories, ensuring business continuity

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Lead strategic negotiations and optimize contracts based on business needs

Analyze market trends and procurement data to enhance performance

Manage indirect procurement projects and oversee tenders

Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices

Share knowledge and expertise with new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning

Your Profile

Education : University degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent

Experience : At least 5 years in procurement, with 3+ years as a Category Manager or Procurement Officer

Key Skills :

• Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
• Cost analysis and procurement optimization
• Excellent command of MS Office and S4H
• Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
