Field Service Engineer

Your Start at Insort :

After an in-depth technical onboarding at our Austrian headquarters in Kirchberg an der Raab, you will join our experienced technicians for customer deployments across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Northern Germany. Once familiar with our systems, you will take full responsibility for service activities in your region – both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

About THE JOB :

• Installation & Commissioning : Set up and start our sensor-based sorting machines at customer sites in Belgium and surrounding countries.
• Service & Optimization : Perform maintenance, upgrades, and modernizations to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Customer Training : Guide operators and maintenance staff through comprehensive training on Insort systems.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Analyse and resolve technical issues (mechanical, electrical, software, sensor systems) in close collaboration with our engineering team.
• Technical Support : Be a reliable point of contact for on-site and remote technical assistance.
