We are currently seeking a talented Method Process Engineer to join our dynamic team, based in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across a variety of projects.

Your Responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure process alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Conduct time studies, process simulations, and root cause analyses to optimize operations.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies by defining and validating manufacturing methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process activities.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams and junior engineers.
• Engage with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored process solutions.
