Tasks
- Develop new clients and create and maintain a strong business pipeline through a proactive market approach, serving as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for key clients.
- Develop, maintain, and activate a compelling multi-year commercial vertical plan for the consumer market.
- Manage the entire tender process and actively challenge the organization in areas such as Solutions, Engineering, Information Systems, and Finance.
- Ensure that client solutions are "unique and flexible" to meet continuously changing customer requirements, positioning us as the Partner for the Future.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop creative solutions and convincingly present these solutions both internally and to clients.
- Understand current consumer needs and translate these into logistical services for our clients.
Profile
You have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and thinking.You have a proven track record in a similar position and work environment, with at least 5 years of experience in business development.You possess knowledge of contract logistics and selling contract logistics solutions (knowledge of (complex) automation systems is a plus).You have commercial acumen, recognize opportunities, and seize them.You are resilient and can turn challenges into new opportunities and possibilities.You are fluent in English, Dutch is preferable.Apply
