Être capable de traiter les demandes des interlocuteurs par différents canaux : effectuer des opérations dans divers outils informatiques et rédiger des courriels professionnels, clairs, concis et sans fautes d’orthographe.
Réceptionner les Appels des clients concernant le suivi de leur dossier, une réclamation ou une demande d’informations. Votre rôle est d’apporter des réponses claires et précises, avec empathie et calme.
Vous savez écouter activement, identifier les besoins de votre interlocuteur et proposer des solutions adaptées. Votre objectif : offrir une expérience positive et faire en sorte que chaque client raccroche satisfait.
Les appels sortants seront dans un premier temps limité, mais restent indispensables pour la mission.
Selon le type d’appel, votre objectif sera d’obtenir les informations nécessaires, par exemple pour compléter un dossier.
À moyen terme, et afin de garantir une collaboration durable, nous valoriserons votre capacité à réaliser des appels sortants plus élaborés. Ceux-ci se feront sur base d’un script à l’écran, que vous devrez savoir utiliser avec souplesse : argumenter dans le respect des lignes directrices et de la déontologie, tout en adaptant votre discours à votre interlocuteur. xlxgzvr Ces appels pourront notamment viser à obtenir un rendez-vous commercial ou à atteindre d’autres objectifs définis.
