AI Developer (Hybrid in Brussels)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a hybrid team in Brussels.

Location : Brussels, Belgium (must be based in Brussels or open to relocate)

Work model : Hybrid – 50% on-site / 50% remote

Languages : French or Dutch required

The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions on Azure, translating business use cases into secure, scalable, and reusable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business use cases into optimal AI solution architectures, prioritizing simplicity, security, standardization, and reusability.
• Analyze, design, and develop AI solutions using Azure AI services.
• Coordinate and oversee the technical implementation of AI solutions.
• Coach and advise colleagues on a technical level.
• Define and maintain reference architectures and coding standards.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using structured, standardized, reusable modules.
• Contribute to business case development, including cost estimation (infrastructure and man-days) for development and maintenance.
• Work according to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), including test-driven development and continuous integration.
