How will you make a difference?

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence, reduce costs, and elevate quality in banking operations. Your role extends beyond traditional consulting as you collaborate closely with clients to identify potential process improvements, automations, and opportunities for AI implementation.

What will you do?

• Drive (agile) projects forward, making sure you deliver on time, on quality & on budget.
• Support the adoption of newly implemented solutions through solid change management taking into account your customer's culture & environment.
• Implement strategies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency, resulting in cost reduction and enhanced quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, leveraging your expertise to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Discover potential applications for AI to enhance decision-making and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements for application improvement or development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation by digitizing manual processes and enhancing outdated digital solutions.
• Support banks in adopting new ways of working, achieving straight-through processing, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What do you bring to the table?

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or a related industry.
• Knowledge and experience in banking services such as lending, daily banking or payments.
• Experience with process optimization, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI implementation are a plus.
• Certifications in project management, agile or change are a plus
• Strong process analysis and business analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in Dutch or French as a native language, with a very good proficiency in the other and fluency in English.
• Ability to identify new project opportunities at clients and contribute to the sales process.
