Ability to work independently and take initiative while remaining responsive to direction when needed. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to excellence. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle new challenges. My client is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations at our Brussel's office. The role includes welcoming visitors, managing administrative tasks for the Facilities Management team, and supporting various office functions. As the first point of contact for guests and employees, the Receptionist will ensure a professional and friendly environment, contributing to the efficient running of the site.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries promptly.
- Assist with booking meeting rooms in advance and on the day.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
- Cover for colleagues during sickness or holidays across support functions.
- Receive and manage incoming post and operate the franking machine.
WORK HOURS : 11h / 19h30 (Late Shift)
